Frequently Asked Questions for our Memorial Cards and Keyrings
What is the general ordering procedure?
Browse from our products and choose from 4 page folded cards, wallet size cards 74mm x 105mm or credit card size 54mm x 86mm - Bookmarkers or Memorial Keyrings.
Customise it with your loved ones personal details using the order forms.
Check your order and final price and SEND.
Once we have received your photographs which you can upload or post into us, we will generate your artwork exactly to your specification and send you a proof via email. Once you have given us the go-ahead, your printed memorial will be sent to you according to your shipping preferences which you will have specified during the order process.
How long will it take?
Your sample proof will be sent to you typically within 1-2 working days. When you are happy with the artwork we will print and send to you normally within 2-5 working days. (if you require the cards for a set date let us know in the notes box)
How are the prices so much cheaper than other websites?
We set the site up originally for family and friends so only charged a minimum fee to cover print, packaging and delivery
How do I make Payment for my order?
You can pay through PayPal (using your own Credit or Debit card) and by cheque or postal order - make cheques payable to H1 Design Ltd
How will I receive my proof?
We will e-mail your proof as a PDF file, check through everything and let us know if you are happy to proceed or if you would like to alter anything.
Are envelopes included with my order?
You can order envelopes with memorial cards from the order forms
Can I post my photo if Iʼm unable to upload it?
You will be prompted to upload your photo during the simple ordering process. Alternatively, if you do not have the facility to email your photograph you can post it to the address below. Your photographs will be handled very carefully, and sent back to you with your order.

What format should I supply images in?
You can supply pictures in most image formats, if you have an option please supply as files ending with .jpg - .pdf - .tif or .eps we can then edit these in any way you require. Try to get an image which is as clear as possible so the reproduction will be as high quality as possible on the finished product. There is a 10Mb limit on uploaded files.
Can you edit pictures to remove background?
We can edit your photos in any way you require. There is a limit to what is achievable - if a picture is out of focus or it is too small the end result will be inferior quality. We can advise you if you have alternative pictures.
What if we want to alter the design layout?
No problems - the layout we supply are used as a guidance (and work very well) if you have seen something or have an idea explain in the notes box at the end of the order form. Memorial cards are very personal and we know not everyone has the same taste. We will always try our best to give you exactly what you are looking for.
What if we can’t find a suitable image from your gallaries?
The pictures in our gallaries are the most common ones we use. If you have a specific image you have in mind click on the first image to get your order started and in the notes box at the end of the order describe what you are looking for. Our designers will try and source an apprpriate image. Alternatively if you have your own image eg. homeland or portrait you can email to us and we would be happy to include this for you (no extra cost).
